Shipping timeframes provided are subject to change if an item is discontinued or backordered by the vendor or artist without Baby Alexandra's knowledge. If this occurs, Baby Alexandra will contact you immediately upon receipt of this information via email or phone.

Additionally, shipping times for custom-ordered items are based upon estimated timeframes provided by the craftsmen or artists. Baby Alexandra cannot be held responsible if these timeframes adjust based upon circumstances out of our control.If they will be longer than estimated, a Baby Alexandra service director will contact you immediately upon receipt of this information via email or phone.

Shipping for smaller items is handled through UPS and our rates within the Continental United States are as follows. Delivery for any larger items such as furniture is handled by individual freight companies. Any order consisting of more than 2 large pieces of furniture may be subject to additional shipping fees. A Baby Alexandra Service Director will communicate this to you at the time of your order if applicable. Generally, rates are as follows:

| All furniture deliveries within 20 miles of our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida store are eligible for our "Special Delivery" which provides inspection of your items by our warehouse, delivery and set-up at your home for a small additional fee. Please contact our boutique if you prefer this service. |

Express Delivery

If you would like your items mailed to you next day air, please call the store directly by 2:00 p.m. EST the day prior to when you would like it delivered to ensure its arrival. Since we are a small boutique, we would like to ensure we have all items in stock and available to be overnighted. Shipping rates for this service would also be communicated at that time.
