Baby Alexandra is certain your purchase will be as beautiful in person and it is appears on our website. However, we also understand from time to time you may need to return items that do not fully meet your expectations.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may absolutely return the item to us for an exchange or store credit. Due to our exclusive selections, merchandise must be returned in like-new, saleable condition with original tags and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please call the store prior to shipping so that we may provide you a return authorization number to include in your shipment.

Shipping costs for returns back to Baby Alexandra are the responsibility of the client. If Baby Alexandra has sent incorrect merchandise, a call tag will be issued to the client for the return with Baby Alexandra paying for the return shipping.

Additionally, if an exchange is made, shipping charges incurred to mail the new merchandise back to the client will need to be paid for by the client as well in accordance with our shipping charge policy.

All items purchased on sale are considered final and may not be returned. This includes items received as gifts.

All custom items purchased (defined as furniture or dÚcor items with a specific paint finish or fabric selected) are considered final since they are hand-crafted specially for you. If for any reason you change your mind after purchase, you may cancel your order as long as you cancel within 48 hours within the receipt of your order. Please call the boutique directly to cancel and one of our service directors will provide you with a cancellation number. (Cancelled orders will incur a small cancellation fee equivalent to 3% of the original purchase price of your item(s).)
