Sexy Stroller Calendar

Sexy Stroller Moms Fit Camp, a workout program designed by two nationally recognized Palm Beach fitness professionals, will be meeting at PGA Commons East (4550 PGA Blvd.) in the courtyard by Baby Alexandra. The camp is a complete weight loss program designed specifically to help new and busy moms drop the mommy belly and get back into shape, while getting to share the workout experience with their baby or toddler and other moms. Moms will feel the burn from lightweight lifting to cardio aerobic exercises, all while interacting with their children and utilizing their stroller. Set against the beautiful surroundings of PGA Commons, each workout is designed by nationally-recognized personal trainers Jeremy and Alissa Nelms, owners of Fitness Together, a private fitness coaching studio also located in PGA Commons West. In addition, each session will be supervised by one of Fitness Together's trained professionals. There are multiple packages available, or moms can choose to purchase single sessions. The class will meet three times a week but moms have the flexibility to attend one workout per week or all three. Each workout will last one hour, and free water will be provided.
